About the Firm

The firm has extensive experience in state and federal criminal defense, with scores of cases tried to verdict, and has successfully defended a vast assortment of criminal matters including drunk driving, possession of drugs (including anabolic steroids), narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny, white collar fraud and
embezzlement, conspiracy, sex offenses and murder. The firm also handles Surrogate Court matters, estate planning and wills drafting, and serves by appointment as Counsel for the Public Administrator of Nassau County. A variety of other legal services are also available, with consultations arranged at the firm's convenient offices in central Nassau County or by appointment at the New York City satellite office (lower Manhattan, near the courts). Firm partners are admitted to practice before the New York and Maryland State courts, the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Western District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Services and the United States Supreme Court.
